Wanting to try out welding or refresh the welding skills you already have?

You've come to the right place.

All of our classes are the perfect price and solution if you want to get hands-on experience with welding but don't want to take a semester of classes. All classes are all four hours in length with roughly the first half in a classroom setting learning from the instructor. The second half of the class will be spent hands on in our welding lab trying the techniques you learned in class. In the lab, the instructor is available for demonstrations and to answer any questions you may have. While we cannot AWS certify you, we are certain that you will walk away from these classes with the knowledge and skills of welding.

Our Denver weld school equipment include approximately 24 current model machines manufactured by Hypertherm, Lincoln Electric and Miller Electric.  Depending on the class, subject matter ranges from MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless and aluminum to stick and fluxcore welding on mild steel.  Classes on oxy-acetylene welding/cutting and plasma cutting are also offered.  Our welding and plasma equipment runs on 110V input for the hobbyist or 220V for the production shop and, in some cases, both.

(SMAW) It is one of the simple and versatile processes for welding ferrous and several nonferrous base metals. The (SMAW) process has several advantages they are the simplicity and lightness of the equipment and its relatively low cost. The SMAW process has wide applications in the construction, pipeline and maintenance industries. Uncomplicated portable equipment is in common use for maintenance and field construction work
